A Chicken Holiday?

A story from a fellow chicken...

There is a holiday called Chicken Day. It is a festival of giving which happens on December 10 and is celebrated a little like the epiphany. On December 10, you put out a shoe (or basket or whatever object you like) and the Great Chicken comes around and bestows gifts upon you, usually in the form of candy or party favors. You can have real fun with this holiday - get all your friends to wear chicken masks and parade about like the Great Chicken!

Then there is a second school of thought, that the Chicken Day holiday actually occurs on March 15th, not December 10 as celebrated by some of our fellow chickens.
